1.由銷(xiāo)售商簽發(fā) CPC 證書(shū)，第三方實(shí)驗室可以提供協(xié)助起草 CPC 證書(shū)；
2.CPC 證書(shū)必須基于 CPSC 認可的第三方檢測實(shí)驗室檢測結果；
哪些產(chǎn)品需要做CPC？
兒童產(chǎn)品：指主要為12 歲以下兒童設計使用的消費產(chǎn)品;

3、進(jìn)口商或制造商的信息：包括名稱(chēng)、地址和電話(huà)
4、檢測結果檔案持有人的聯(lián)系信息：名稱(chēng)、地址、郵箱地址和電話(huà)
5、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)日期和地址，生產(chǎn)日期必須到年月，地址必須到城市；
6、檢測時(shí)間和地址或者基于的檢測報告
7、第三方檢測機構信息.
8、商品認證所依據的每個(gè)消費品安全法規。
